"That's One of my Top Five"

A common saying of mine is "that's one of my top five" meaning I liked whatever it 'that' was a lot. This is often said when it comes to movies. I am going to list below my top five favorite movies and why they are my favorite. Christmas is just around the corner and I only own one of them (hint, hint).



#5 Hotel Rwanda
This movie just made the list about a month ago. I felt like a heartless jerk because I didn't cry but it kept me captivated the entire time which is why it made it on my list.




#4 The Blindside
Sandra Bullock, 'nuff said.






#3 Mean Girls (Only one I own)
Uber girlie, I know, but this movie has so many awesome one liners and most all of them have become inside jokes between my friends and I.





#2 Count of Monte Cristo
Who doesn't like a movie about blood thirsty revenge? I know that its NOTHING like the book but to all you movie version haters I say "suck on that....ay ay ay ay" because it is a bajillion times better.



#1 The Beverly Hillbilies
I legitimately have this movie memorized and it still makes me laugh out loud. I became attached to it when the Y2K bug was freaking everyone out and I thought the world was going to end. I watched this movie at least 10 times a day to get my mind off the inevitable end. Luckily for me, I grew up, the world didn't end, and it's still my favorite movie.
